Scammers copy trading apps and their bots. These rules never change.

  • Use the official contacts below.Your agent can send alerts you enabled and replies to support requests. An unexpected message from another account is not a reason to trust it.
  • No one from Onagi asks for your key or your sign-in code. The six-digit code from your email is only for the sign-in screen. Never type it anywhere else.
  • Your agent doesn't send money out of your wallet.Sending money out is your own step, on the Withdraw screen. A message that asks you to send money for a fix is a scam.
  • A send to another wallet can't be undone.Check the full address and network, then check them again in your wallet confirmation.
