Why was my order refused?
Read the status before trying again. A refused order and an order still being checked need different next steps.
Follow these steps
- Read the line under the slider, or under the order button on a computer. It says what is wrong before anything is sent.
- It says Insufficient funds, Not enough cash or that a pocket is empty? Tokens pay from Cash, perps from Perps, predictions from Predict.
- Fill that pocket with Transfer. On a phone, Move cash under the slider does it in place.
- It asks for a different amount? Each perps market and each prediction has a smallest order. The largest prediction ticket is what your Predict pocket covers, with room kept for the market's fee.
- The order went out and Order failed or Buy failed came back? Read the reason under it. If the market was too thin, try a smaller size.
- New orders are temporarily unavailable. Open positions can still be closed. This means opening is paused for everyone for a short while. Try again in a few minutes.

Your agent checks whether new orders are open right now and reads what is in each of your pockets.
If it didn't work
- Tapped Not now when asked to allow trading, or removed it later? No new trade opens without it, even by hand. See Allow trading.
- A token says buying is closed? It was flagged or removed. You can still sell what you already hold.
- The reason makes no sense to you? Tell your agent what you tried and what the screen said.
