Autopilot hasn't traded
Autopilot does not trade every day. Check that it is running, funded and not paused by its daily loss limit.
Follow these steps
- Tap the face in the middle of the bottom bar to open the Agent tab.
- Tap your agent's face and wallet at the top. While it runs, the line there says Autopilot on.
- In the Autopilot window, running next to its name means it is on. If not, it is stopped.
- Pocket low? It trades only while its money covers the exchange's smallest order. Tap Add money.
- To see what it did, tap the log icon at the top, then Trades.
- Click Agent at the top of the app.
- In the Autopilot card on the right, running next to its name means it is on. If not, it is stopped.
- Pocket low? It trades only while its money covers the exchange's smallest order. Click Add money.
- Every trade it made is listed in the left column of the Agent page.
“Why hasn't my autopilot traded?”
Your agent reads the autopilot's own status and tells you if it is stopped, short of money or waiting.
If it didn't work
- It says Switch your agent on to start the autopilot.? Switching your agent off stopped it. Switch on, then start it again.
- Your money is in Perps or Cash? Autopilot trades only its own pocket. Move money in with Transfer.
- Still unsure? Tell your agent. While its switch is on, it can pass the question to the team. See Get help from the team.
