What your agent can and can't do

Your agent can read and explain your account. Trades need your confirmation, except for Autopilot after you start it.

Follow these steps

On a phone or a computer
  1. Always: it reads your balances, positions and history, explains prices, charts and news, and answers you in the app and on Telegram.
  2. Only while it's on: it prepares trades and moves between your pockets as cards, sets price alerts, runs Autopilot and passes a problem to the team.
  3. Doesn't: it doesn't send money out of your wallet, and it doesn't switch itself on or run a card you haven't confirmed.
  4. Autopilot is the one thing that trades on its own, and only after you start it. It trades perpetuals using the money in your Autopilot pocket.
  5. To see this list in the app, tap the log icon at the top of the Agent tab, then Rules. On a computer, click Learn more under the switch.
Or ask your agent

“What can you do?”

Your agent tells you what it can do right now, with its switch on or off.

If it didn't work

  • It says it can only read? Its switch is off. See Switch your agent on or off.
  • A move you don't recognise? Check the agent's log first: every move is there with its reason. Then tell your agent.
  • With the switch off, your agent can't pass a problem to the team. Write to [email protected] with your wallet address.
