Why didn't I receive a reward?

Most missing rewards come down to one of four simple checks.

Follow these steps

On a phone or a computer

Hold 10,000 ONAGI in your Onagi wallet and sign in once. Tokens on an exchange or in a wallet that never signed in don't count.
The pool is checked hourly. A new round starts at $100 after the previous round finishes.
Each round counts your smaller balance: now or one hour ago. New tokens start counting from the second round after buying.
Small shares wait. Under $0.50 after the network fee, your share is saved in your name and sent in a later round.
Look it up. On a phone, open Settings on your profile and tap Rewards record. On a computer, open the Rewards page.
Paste your address under Your wallet address and tap Open to see every USDG transfer to it. Deposit shows your address.

“Do I qualify for rewards?”

Your agent checks that your wallet is on the rewards list and reminds you of the 10,000 ONAGI rule.

Your ONAGI is in another wallet? Only a wallet that signs in to Onagi counts, and only Onagi wallets can sign in.
No gold badge after signing in? On a computer, open your profile and click Activate rewards if it shows.
All checks pass and still nothing after a few rounds? Get help from the team and include your wallet address.
